Free delivery
Standard delivery is free on all orders placed by registered retailers within mainland UK over £75 (including VAT). Depending on the weight and value of your order, Hargolds will select Postal or Carrier Delivery for the most suitable delivery method. You can find the delivery method for your order on your order confirmation email. For carrier deliveries a signature will be required. For postal deliveries a signature will also be required and order status tracking is not available. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes and free delivery is only available to business addresses.  48 Hour delivery is only available on orders placed before 11:00am, orders placed after this time will be processed for delivery the following day.
Standard delivery
For orders under £75 (including VAT) our standard shipping charges apply. Timed deliveries are not available and delivery at this price is only available to business addresses. Delivery costs exclude VAT. Delivery times may vary according to your selected delivery address and availability of your items. A signature will be required for delivery. You can also find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you place your order. We are unable to offer Saturday delivery.
International delivery
You can shop for friends and family in other countries around the world just ask us to find out about delivery costs.
Dispatch & delivery estimates
Dispatch estimates give an indication of when the item will be dispatched from our warehouse for delivery. The items on your order will be dispatched as soon as they become available. Delivery estimates give an indication of when the item will be delivered to your address after it is dispatched. You can find your delivery estimate on your Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website. All estimates are based on business days unless otherwise stated.
Changes to your order
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If you have any questions, please contact Hargolds Customer Service. If you have not yet received your dispatch notification email you can amend your details online via our Order Status Website. If you are unable to modify your delivery details here, please contact Hargolds.
Tracking your order
For carrier deliveries you can track the status of your order via online Order Status, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For postal deliveries order status tracking is not available. On the online Order Status website you can view the current status of your order, view the items ordered, see estimated dispatch and delivery times and track your delivery. Depending on your payment method and the status of your order you can:
  • Reauthorize your credit/debit card or update your credit/debit card details
  • Change your email address
  • Change your delivery or billing address
  • Cancel your order or an item from your order
  • Reprint an invoice
Delivery to someone else
If your order is being delivered to someone else in mainland UK simply enter their delivery address during checkout.
Problems with your order
Carrier delivery: If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card. You will incur extra costs but can contact the carrier directly for a new delivery during working hours at a suitable date. If your order has passed the scheduled delivery date in your notification email, please contact Hargolds and we will investigate with the appropriate carrier and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Postal delivery: If you are not at home for a postal delivery or your order cannot be delivered, a card with collection details will be left for you. In most cases, you can collect your order from the Postal Delivery Office where it is being held and you may be able to arrange a redelivery. Check your Order Status in the My Orders section of the site for the latest status of your delivery. If your order is being delivered by the postal service and you have not received it 5 days after dispatch, please contact
Damaged or defective orders: If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, please inform us immediately. If you fail to advise us immeduately we will be unable to assist you in obtaining a refund. In case of any damage to your delivery, Hargolds will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with little or no inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. Please remember that products that are defective on arrival need to be reported to Hargolds immediately, before your remorse period expires.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
Cancellations: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order on our online Order Status website. If your order has been already dispatched or already in transit, we will be unable to cancel the order. Please note that you may be liable for a return transportation charge.
